Returns & Exchanges
At Boulies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your seating experience. If your chair isn't the perfect fit, you can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via our contact form or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the chair and place all components back into the original shipping box, ensuring all internal protective padding is used to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated courier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply depending on the return reason.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm it is in 'as-new' condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
